Fit review
Our business analyst maps your workflows against the standard modules. You see exactly what works as it stands, what will be configured for you, and whether anything genuinely needs to be built — together with your subscription quote.

Onboarding
We configure the modules to your structure, calculations, decisioning, and rules, connect the integrations your business runs on, and train your team. Configuring standard modules is part of the subscription, not a separate bill.

Live, and staying live
You go live and your subscription starts. Updates, security, compliance changes, and support are included from then on. As your processes evolve, the configuration evolves with them.

One recurring fee for the platform, hosting, support, and every update we ship. Pick the rhythm that suits your finance team:

Configuration is included
Adapting the standard modules to your company structure, calculations, workflows, decisioning, and rules happens during onboarding and is covered by your subscription. We do not rebrand configuration as development in order to invoice it.
Custom features, quoted separately
Need something the standard modules genuinely do not cover? We scope it with you and give you a price before any work begins. You decide whether it earns its cost, and nothing is ever charged by surprise.
What you never pay for
The costs that make most automation projects stall are simply not part of this model:

And if you ever want to leave?

Rather than rebuild that foundation from scratch for every client, we turned it into a platform you can simply subscribe to. The team behind it stays deliberately small: analysts, architects, engineers, QA, and DevOps picked one by one, because with these methods you do not need hundreds of developers to deliver a robust yet easy to use system.
