The EasyFlow platform builds on open-source components. Those components remain subject to their own licences, which are unaffected by these terms.

When you contact us through this website, please provide accurate information and send only what is necessary. Do not send confidential material, trade secrets, or personal data about other people through the contact form: it is a first point of contact, not a secure channel. If a conversation calls for confidentiality, tell us and we will agree a suitable arrangement, including a non-disclosure agreement where appropriate.

If you send us an unsolicited suggestion or idea, we may use it without obligation or compensation, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.

EasyFlow is aimed at organisations rather than private individuals. If you nevertheless use this website as a consumer within the meaning of EU consumer law, these terms do not affect the mandatory rights you have under the law of the country where you live, and no clause here may be read as depriving you of those rights.

If you are dissatisfied, please write to info@jeevision.com so we can try to resolve the matter directly. We are not obliged, and have not undertaken, to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.

The courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes with business users. If you are a consumer, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you are habitually resident, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country as provided by Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.

15. Severability

If any provision of these terms is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in force. The invalid provision is to be replaced by a valid one that comes as close as possible to its commercial purpose.
