Integrations
Where most platforms stop, ours connects
Automation only pays off when the system can act on the outside world. EasyFlow ships with the integrations a regulated operation depends on — identity, banking data, signatures, payments, screening, scoring, collections, and voice — already built and already in production. If the connection you need is not on this page, we add it.
01 — Identity
KYC verification
Know exactly who is on the other side of the application.
Onboarding starts with proof rather than a promise. The system verifies an applicant automatically and returns the data you need in order to deal with them at all — so by the time a file reaches a human, the person on it has been shown to be who they claim to be. For a lender, that is the difference between issuing credit to your customer and issuing it to whoever is holding their documents.
- Identity documents, captured and checked for authenticity
- Name, date of birth, gender, nationality
- ID or passport number and expiry
- Face match and liveness against the document

02 — Financial data
Open banking
Judge affordability on real money movement, not a declared salary.
With the borrower's explicit consent, EasyFlow requests access to their banking data and returns a full picture of their finances: which accounts they hold, what actually moves through them, and how steady that movement is. It also surfaces the patterns an underwriter would otherwise hunt for by hand, reading statements line by line.
- Accounts held, balances, and real turnover
- Income stability and existing commitments
- Cash-heavy behaviour and ATM withdrawal patterns
- Transfers to gambling and betting operators

03 — Documents
Electronic signature
Contracts are signed where they are created.
We integrate with DocuSign and other signature providers, so agreements are issued, signed, and stored inside the same workflow. The result is legally binding and entirely digital: no printing, no scanning, no courier, no filing cabinet — and a complete record of who signed what, and when.
- Documents generated from the case data already in the system
- Signing links sent, chased, and tracked automatically
- Signed originals filed against the case, not in someone's inbox

- DocuSign
04 — Money
Payment services
Money moves without a manual step.
Disbursement, collections, and reconciliation run over the rails your market uses, so a payment due today is collected today. Failures, retries, and settlement come back into the workflow on their own instead of arriving as a spreadsheet at the end of the month.
- SEPA, ACH, and BACS
- Direct debit for scheduled collections
- Payouts and repayments in a single flow
- Reconciliation and retries handled by the workflow

05 — Compliance
Screening
The compliance checks run themselves, and leave a trail.
Every applicant is screened the moment their application arrives. Matches are escalated for a human decision, clean results move straight on, and each check is recorded with its result and its timestamp — which is precisely what a regulator asks to see afterwards.
- Sanctions lists and watchlists
- Politically exposed persons
- Adverse media
- Timestamped evidence for every check performed

06 — Decisioning
AI scoring
A recommendation built on everything above.
The model reads the whole file — verified identity, banking behaviour, screening results, application data — rates the risk, and tells your team whether this is a loan worth writing. It shows the reasoning behind the answer rather than returning a bare number, so an underwriter can agree with it, overrule it, or ask why.
- Risk rating drawn from every source the workflow has gathered
- A clear recommendation: lend, decline, or look closer
- The reasoning exposed, so a human stays in charge of the call

07 — Collections
AI collection
Late payments are chased by the system first, and by a person only when it matters.
Once a loan is live, most of the cost sits in collections: reminders nobody sent, calls nobody logged, promises to pay that never made it back onto the schedule. AI collection runs that first line — it knows who is due, what they owe, and which channel has worked on this borrower before — and it talks to them in the language and tone you approve. A payment link, a new date, a hardship flag, or a case that needs a human: each outcome lands on the deal as a real event, not a note in someone's headset.
- Reminders and outreach over voice, SMS, and email, on the schedule you set
- Payment links and reschedule offers issued from the live balance
- Promise-to-pay captured and watched, then escalated when it breaks
- Hardship and dispute signals routed to a collector, not buried in a transcript
- Every contact, script version, and outcome stored on the case
- The model can be trained on your scripts and on what actually recovered money

08 — Voice
IP telephony
Calls happen on the same record as the deal, not in a separate phone system.
The back office is where the work is. IP telephony puts the call there too: click a number on a borrower and the line opens, an inbound call matches the customer before anyone answers, and the recording, the duration, and the outcome are filed against the case when it ends. Your existing PBX or SIP provider stays in place — EasyFlow sits beside it, so an agent does not have to keep a second window open to know who they are talking to, or to prove later that the conversation happened.
- Click-to-call from a borrower, application, or deal
- Inbound numbers matched to the customer before the agent picks up
- Call recordings, timestamps, and dispositions attached to the case
- IVR for status, payments, and routing without a human on the line
- Works with the SIP or PBX provider you already run
- The same trail a collector, a supervisor, or an auditor can open later

09 — Your stack
Custom integrations
If the provider you need is not on this page, we connect it.
The list above is what ships with the platform. It is not a ceiling. A credit bureau, a core banking system, a local payment rail, a scoring vendor your regulator already knows — if the operation depends on it, we build the integration and wire it into the same workflow as everything else. The work is scoped with you first, and we tell you whether it sits inside the subscription or needs a separate quote.
- Any provider your process already runs on, not only the ones we list
- Data in and actions out, so the case does not stop at a spreadsheet
- Scoped and quoted before work starts — never a surprise charge
- Once live, it behaves like the rest of the stack: one record, one trail
Trained on your data
The model learns your book, not the market average
Scoring is trained on your data, not on somebody else's portfolio.
If you bring history
We train the model on your historical lending data, so it reflects the borrowers you actually serve and the losses you actually took — not an industry average that was never about your market.
If you are starting fresh
We agree the criteria with you and train on that basis, then keep retraining as your own data accumulates. The longer the model runs on your book, the sharper it gets.
